I agree, and if we took everyones ideas and *wishes* we could put together an app with addins to allow a person to customize exactly what he/she would like to see.

It just makes sense to me. What does everyone else think?

its been a little while since i posted on here and here is the status.
the project is moving along really slowly right now, the functionality i have left to finish wont take long, its just a problem of getting to it. i got laid off from my programming job in march and have been looking for employment which has unfortunately taken a lot of time away from this project. but i just got some good news the other day and i am taking a job out in denver colorado. the move from iowa will take a little but hopefully by about the middle of june i will be settled into my new place and ready to really get back to working on this program!

I actually used it during my recent 12hr drive from iowa to colorado and everything worked like a charm! in fact the only 2 problems i had was with hardware (gps and clouds dont mix), and my dvd rom getting choppy due to the roads. i have a morex case sitting on the top of my dash so if anyone has any helpful hints on how to soften road jitters that would be sweet. i did think about setting a piece of foam in between my dash and box, but if there is anything better ill try that.

hope to be back up an running soon.

Later,
Josh
