When I try to unzip the skin it says it's password protected. Seems to be only the INI file though.

Is it possible to just post it here and I'll cut and paste?

i don't know if there are really any image files in there. you just import it into the BootSkin program.

if you want one based on the ntoskrnl.exe, i've got those too for XP and XP SP1a.

*use these at your own risk*

the other method is just safer for the average user.

Was this directed at my post? If so, there are images in the skin zip file. They unzip to teh BootSkin dir just fine. But there is also a INI file that does not unzip. Which Bootskin needs.

Unzipping. Which has the correct path in it. When I try to import it with BootSkin, BootSkin is looking for a *.BOOTSKIN file. Which isn't in the zip file, only pic1.bmp, pic8.bmp and bootskin.ini. The bootskin.ini is what i can't get unzipped. Not really a big deal, I'm sure I can write one easly enough.

And so I did...
[BOOTSKIN]
Type=0
name = "CarPC Edition"
Author = "gutterslide"
Description = "A bootskin for car pc"
ProgressBar=pic8.bmp
progressbarX = 241
progressbarY = 355
progressbarwidth = 150
screen=pic1.bmp

Now it works but the pic's look like crap when I boot, wrong res maybe? They are black and white and raggy looking.
