ID3 information into MS Acess

I'm going to use an Access database to store ID3 information that will be read into my software front-end; retrieving the data from the database is no problem, but I'm looking for some code or something that will enable me to search through directories and subdirectories, parsing through mp3 files and dump the id3 tag info into the database. I'm using Flash and Flash Studio Pro as a wrapper, so I can call external ActiveX objects, or execute files directly, etc.. so it doesn't have to be built into my software.. could be a seperate .exe if need be.

Any suggestions?
