Are any of the major carputer software developers coding anything to support filenames that are not in english? I have tried frodo, media engine, and media car. They all either lock up or don't display the file at all. Possibly they can integrate something like the microsoft applocale utility (http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/apploc.mspx)?
I have no problems with mediacar and cyrillic filenames
Check font names in the skin description files
Frodo doesn't show cyrillic MP3 tags even when fontnames are like "Arial Cyr"
