Now I used Winflash from Award, and flashed direct from Windows.
Usually I use Ultimate Boot CD and just insert the BIOS and flashprogram into the DOSUTILS-folder.

I created a new bios using the Toyota screen in the previous post (after converting to 256 colors).
In order to fit the image in though, I had to use these commands to remove things from the bios.
CBROM215 I0100116.BIN /logo release
CBROM215 I0100116.BIN /pci release
CBROM215 I0100116.BIN /epa release
I haven’t flashed it yet. I am nervous to do so. Has anyone out there had to use the above commands on an epia to fit your image in and did it work out ok? [The readme that came with the image conversion tools said these command would just remove the epa logo and the boot from network functionality and that it *should* be ok to do so.]
I really don’t know how to check to see if the bios is still good. Anyone know how to do that?
Failing that, what is the best way to make an image smaller in storage size w/o changing its size or ruining its appearance?
Edit: Woot. I took a chance. I flashed it using winflash. It worked with the /epa and /pci removed.

Hey KaOsTiK, thats a very nice image, looks very clean. Do you think you could make the same one with an Infiniti logo in the middle and G35 at the top where your m3 is?

you should be fairly safe using winflash.
i've included the .bin files for both of those imgs in the .zip file.
i didnt have a usb floppy drive or cd rom drive available to me at the time, so i just used winflash.
