linux carPC distro ?

hello

ive seen a couple of apps for linux that will play media for a carputer etc

however i have never seen a full distro written for this purpose.

is there anyone out there who has written a linux kernel that boots to a carpc interface? i would imagine you could stip it down a lot and achive very fast boot times and low cpu usage.

i myself have only ever dabled briefly in the world of linux and am no expert

thanks

PyCar has its own distro, most others are working on one ... just read through the linux focused threads to find the links to there source pages.
