Adjusting Volume Level According to Master Volume
Alright, I was originally going to use the SPDIF out on the mobo, and go to the Creative DDTS-100, but I decided not to because I didnt like the fact of the external volume and the settings being lost when power is cut.
Anyway, I have an M10000, and I'm using the audio driver version 3. something (I'll check when I get home), I have the Smart 5.1 enabled on the front speakers, and the Magic 5.1 enabled on the rear speakers, yet the drivers are coded so that the front are set as the master speakers.
I was looking for a way to make a program that would run in the background, and monitor the front speaker volume level, and when it was changed, have the program change the rear speakers accordingly.
Would this be possible?
Also, I tried the newer drivers, and the Smart 5.1 / Magic 5.1 wasnt there, it wouldnt show the front, rear, center, or sub. Just the Master and such.
What do you guys think? Would it be easy to accomplish?

This can be done with Girder easily.. With a little playing around I made one on this machine that made the Wave Volume match the Master Volume slider. Since the numbers are different, it wouldn't work on the M10k, but I can make a girder file that will..

Heres a link to the install files for the audio drivers I'm using:
http://www.xtreme2k2.com/AudioDrivers.zip
Hope it helps
I want the front and rear speakers to be the same.

Alright, I'm an idiot.. I updated to the 5.50a drivers, and ran ADeck, and I could configure it in there... well I'm a dumbass
Now if only I could get the sub to stay at max volume..
