Winamp plugin request?

Does anybody feel confident to develop a plugin for winamp?
i myself have never played with writing plugins so i wouldnt know where to start
all im looking for is a simple general plugin that allows me to enter the name of any given forms handle and have it check to see if that handle exists every few seconds (adjustable would be best) if the handle of the form is not runnin i.e that particluar app has closed down then simply closes winamp
Anybody help with this?

Best bet would be to program a third app that controls winamp. You could write a program that watches your app and if it closes or doesn't exist, then it closes winamp. I know this will work, my frontend for winamp has the ability to start or shutdown winamp.

Tiddler your absolutly correct, this would work the only reason id prefer a plugin is because i have multiple winamp instances running, would make keeping track of them a bit difficult.

Can you please try the dll attached . The Dll Function you will have to call is
BOOL SetAppHandle(HWND) from the Form where HWND is the handle with which u want to connect the winamp . Returns TRUE is sucessful.

Hope this helps
