Adjust Aspect Ratio WMP 9/10

I was having the same issue where tv aspect ratio (4:3) recorded video was essentially squished to widescreen aspect ration. In order to fix this in WMP go to Tools>Options & click the "Devices" tab. After it finishes finding devices, select "display" and hit properties. Here you can stretch/skew the video displayed through WMP on the device. To change the TV aspect ratio to its proper view, I set the "Horizontal pixers per vertical pixel" to 1.250. Apply it and okay and it should change. Alter it as needed for your video of course but this is a good starting point. Hope this little tip helps.
