ripping mp3's

what is the best proggy for ripping mp3's. i have read the previous posts, but it has been a while since the last one. what is everyones favorite now?

The Musicmatch Jukebox app seems to be pretty fly.

I too use musicmatch, I have the registered version so I can rip at high bit-rates, cause I use the mp3's to DJ with.

I use AudioCatalyst for my ripping. It's rather quick and has received good ratings. I'm not really sure how it's encoding quality is because I can't tell the difference at anything over 128kbps, it's all the same to me.
