Anyone know where I can find the structure and fields in an M3U (Winamp Playlist) file?

I opened an M3U file with Wordpad. It is a list of the folders and filenames (in 8.3 format).

Yeah, I opened it up too. The problem I'm having is there are some fields in there that I don't understand. For example, take these entries:

#EXTINF:161,The Laziest Men On Mars - Superfly's Johnson(SuckItDown)
TLMoM_superflys_johnson_suck_it_down.mp3
#EXTINF:171,CA - Wyclef Jean - Bubblegoose
V:\mp3\Wyclef Jean - Bubblegoose.mp3
#EXTINF:305,Fiona Apple - Across The Universe Album Vers
V:\mp3\(fiona_apple)-across_the_universe_(album_version).mp3

OK, so #EXTINF refers to the title of the song as it's shown in the playlist. The entry below that is the location of the MP3 file. But, what does the number mean after #EXTINF? Is it a volume control? A unique number for that song so you can just call it up? What? And are there other hidden fields in the M3U format that I haven't seen yet?

That's the information I'm looking for. If anyone knows a website that disects the M3U format, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

the number after it is the length of the mp3 in seconds

i.e. 321 = 5 minutes 21 seconds

Ah, so that's what it is. But, I don't know why WinAmp would bother storing the seconds when it could just figure it out from the MP3. Maybe it speeds up loading the file. Oh well, that's their issue.
