Has anyone tried the free MP3 decoding components from
http://www.eldos.org/elsounds/elsounds.html ? I am thinking of using their components for my own mobile MP3 Windoze implementation... their components are modular and support "plug-in" style audio decoding engines. This makes it a whole lot easier to add support for future standards as they become available.
I downloaded their dev. package and compiled the demo app. It supports MP3 and WMA formats and from what I could tell it was very easy to interface to and well implemented.
