Front end needed for semi commercial venture

Morning folks.

I've been reading these forums for the last couple of months now whilst developing my own car pc and found them to be an invaluble source of information and enthusiasm, especially when things go wrong!

My pc is now nearly finished and the installation is taking shape in my 1967 VW Camper Van. I am planning on showing this vehicle at as many of the big vintage shows as possible this summer (possibly starting this weekend if I get it finished) and I expect the carpc to get a lot of attention.

I also expect to get people asking me to build them a similair unit for use within vintage VW camper vans. This might not seem like a big market, but you would be surprised (over 5,000 vans at one event last year). I do have the skills and resources to build the units and install them, but the front ends are a little too complex for what most would require, so I was wondering if someone would like to develop a specific front end for me, which I will pay for. I'll list the functionality below, however I'll talk money first ( ). The way I see this working is that I'll pay a certain amount once the front end is finished, then a commision on each installation afterwards.

I'm not expecting to make a fortune here guys, but I do expect to get some orders and we might as well be making a few quid for our hoby.
My reasons for posting like this are honourable as I wouldn't feel comfortabel installing a front end on a system that I am making a profit on without paying the author of the software.

Okay, the functionality is quite simple:

Play MP3's
Run SatNav (I use Navigator as it's cheap and effective)
Play DVD's
Allow for a mobile phone hook up (not even an essential part for this market in my opinion).

So, anyone interested?

You can email me via my profile if so. I'd prefer a UK based person if possible for obvious reasons.

VW buses and campers are cool as all hell, either restored or customized.
I always thought that a tricked-out VW buss with a Porsche 6cyl boxer engine in the back would be the proverbial shiznit. Roll up to some ricer with a Folgers muffler and dust him with a big metal box!!!!!

Got any pics of the camper van? I'd love to see.

Actually he doesnt, although he thinks he has!

I know the guy who buildt the engine, it's a VW type 4 motor, 2.4l with a Porsche cooling system on it. To be fair to Mr Oliver it does have the word "Porsche" stamped on the fan housing, but a porsche engine it aint...

I'm in serious danger of hijacking my own thread here!

lol, I can imagine to be honest.

Thats why I thought I'd be up front and offer to pay for the software, it wouldn't seem right otherwise.
