What Software do you use to Under/Overclock

What software are people using to under and overclock their CPU's. I have a P4-M that i would like to bump the clock speed up a tad.

How about the BIOS setup to set voltages, clock speeds & multipliers. Most motherboards (but not all) allow some amount of tweaking...

I own a Insight P4-ITX board and it doesn't have any jumpers or settings in the BIOS that i can tweak

after preliminary evaluation it seems that speed fan wont work to change the FSB (or i just don't know how)

would that go on the board or on the CPU and there arent a lot of people with the Insight board so i doubt it

Or look at other mods done to boards... i think toms hardware had pics of a board with that kind of mod.
