Arrow CarPC Diagram - using Visio/SmartDraw/other?

I would like to draw a detailed electrical diagram of my CarPC project (including fuses, buttons, wiring, remote-signals, different sizes of cables, etc.)

Which program is the best to do that?
Microsoft Visio?
SmartDraw?
Has anyone encountered a better program for that?
