How do I get radio on my computer
is there a pci or better yet an external antenna of some sort that will allow me to browse local stations

You can buy TV/FM tuner cards for pretty cheap (or pretty expensive, if you want bells and whistles). Last I saw you can get one for under 100 bucks.
