Good Calendar Apps for Multiple people

Ok, just wanted to send out an sos as this is something i really need a solution to.

Calendar apps that are primarily geard for multiple people, accessing the same app, like families. Color codeing is very important. Idealy, i would LOVE to use iCal on the mac. Every since i played with it on a ibook at an apple store ive been wowed and in constant search for a windows clone. With no success.
I dont care if the solution is software or web based, but me and my family and extended family need some kind of a tool that keeps everyone on the same page as to whats going on with everyone day to day.

How about this? http://www.planscalendar.com/ Looks like you can each slect a different color if you like and it's free. I didn't read all of the details.

the planscalendar looks cool, but dosent seem like its maid for multiple people. But looking at the links they had on there site to the compititon, 30boxes does exactly what i need.
