Unable to clear captured events of keyboard input plugin

Are you able to reproduce this bug at will?
Yes
Please list the steps required to recreate the issue you are reporting.
Go to keyboard input settings, clear a captured event then save settings. Return to the keyboard input settings, the cleared event still remains.
Please provide any relevent information regarding the issue you have encountered.
New events can be captured and saved, the problem only occurs when trying to clear captured events. The clear all keys button does not work either
