Severity 4 - Lowest Only 2 channel audio working - 10.9.8

What version of StreetDeck is this bug report for?

I noticed that my two rear speakers were not producing any output while in Streetdeck. While using WMP, the rear speakers work correctly. I also noticed a great deal of static which did not occur before.

as with most any bug report, we need a log file before we can go much further.

Uploaded them to original post. Saw some errors in them about the audio device; so hopefully they are helpful. All the drivers are from the Installation DVD. Thanks.

Updated to the latest release.....

I updated to the latest release and the rear speakers are working correctly. I am going to check the log files just to make sure as I have not tried them while resuming from hibernate. Thanks for your help!

Please be sure and report back with your findings.

If I have not heard back from you by this time tomorrow morning I will assume this issue has been resolved and will close this report.

If you find that it is not resolved and the report has been closed, you have the ability to reopen the report on your own. Just go to the top of the thread and click on the down arrow next to 'Thread Tools'. There will be an option there to re-open the thread.
