Bluetooth GPS connection issue


Is the system that is listed in your CarPC specs under your user name the same system where you encountered this bug?

Are you able to reproduce this bug at will?

Yes

Please list the steps required to recreate the issue you are reporting.

When you hibernate and then start the computer back up, SD will automatically pair with the bluetooth GPS.

However, if you do a standby and come out of standby, it wont pair with the bluetooth GPS.

Please provide any relevent information regarding the issue you have encountered.

Please test this outside of StreetDeck. We need to determine if this is really a StreetDeck bug or if this is an issue with that particular GPS reciever.

ok i tested it out.

If i hibernate and then return back to windows, my GPS will not automatically pair with my laptop unless i tell blue-soleil to do so (as expected).

If i hibernate and then return back to SD from hibernation, SD will automatically pair my laptop with the GPS (as expected; SD is a savior and auto-connects).

If i standby and then return back to windows, my GPS will not automatically pair with my laptop unless i tell blue-soleil to do so. (as expected)

If i standby and then return back to SD, SD will NOT pair my laptop with the GPS. (unexpected; SD should auto-connect similar with hibernation)
