Severity 4 - Lowest Online update from 1.0.9.8 to 1.1.0.0 doesn't work
I had 1.0.9.8 installed and I activated it after purchasing the license. When I go do online updates it says there are no updates available.

I want to have 1.1.0.0 obviously -- is this a known problem? What should I do?

The online update does not work for all updates by design.
