Did it just crash once or does it crash every time you try and open SD now?

it crashed everytime i open up SD it will only work up to version 1.0.6.3.....I updated all the software in windows last night and still didnt work....and jus for S&G i reinstalled all the drivers of everything including the motherboard drivers and now it works.....6hrs later....oh but it does this wierd psychodelic coloring thing for like 1 minute before it goes to the background color (is that normal? is so then disregard cause problem solved
