NAV doesn't work - 1.1.1.0

What version of StreetDeck is this bug report for?

1.1.1.0

Please give a basic description of the issue here.

NAV doesn't work

Is the system that is listed in your CarPC specs under your username the same system where you encountered this bug?

No
If no, please describe your system here.

Asus R2H

1GHz Pentium M
1.25GB RAM
80GB SATA HD
GPS
Vista Home Premium

Are you able to reproduce this bug at will?

Yes
Please list the steps required to recreate the isse you are reporting.

Open SD, select "Navigation"

Please provide any relevent information regarding the issue you have encountered.

Downloaded SD trial, then purchased and registered. Once receiving the NAV disc, I uninstalled the previous version; then installed the version on the DVD, then upgraded to 1.1.1.0. SD loads fine, then once I click "Navigation", I get the following error message: "Navigation failed to initialize properly. Is the navigation data installed?" The only option is to then click "OK", which takes you back to the home screen.

EDIT: ms streets & trips was previously installed/uninstalled

Here are the error logs:

This does not appear to be a bug but rather a support issue. Please do not use the bug reporting forums to handle support issues. No harm, no foul, just please be aware in the future.
