Skinning question: Videos section

First, a (not so) quick explanation of how my current setup works. This is in <BR>a taxicab. This is what it looks like from behind the back seat, for a basic idea of the physical setup. See the center screen? That's the only touchscreen in the vehicle. THESE are pics of what a passenger (in the back seat) sees on that screen.

Everything else (map, browser, videos when they're playing, etc) resides on the "main" screens, one of which is right up front with me (you can just see the top of it peekin over the top of the touchscreen).

Pic1 is what they see when they get in. Tappin the screen takes em to a category listing, which gets you to an alphabetical choice (a-z) then to the actual artist/song titles. Clicking on one of the song-titles starts a video playing on the other screens in the cab.

OK. Enough of the description of how it operates now. By the way, This is NOT a "front end", just an interface built out of HTML to allow touchscreen access to the videos stored on the HDD's (yes, I said 's...there are 7 of em in here for 2.4tB total)

On to my question. Image 5 shows the normal (default skin) window for the Videos section. The squares, I assume are supposed to be there for thumbnails of each video. How do I...

A: get rid of the thumbs & configure the listing to look more like my current setup (a list, perhaps as many as 12 to 16 items viewable at a time since the screen is 15", with the titles "inside" the buttons, kinda like the text is "inside" the buttons on most of the SD pages)

B: move the up/down arrows from directly below that listing to the right side (top & bottom corner of the listing) so it's more like a scrollbar. I tried moving them from within the "Development Environment" by following the instructions in the tutorial video. However, although other items can be moved, the arrows won't budge.

C: And here's the real kicker. How do I make the "Videos" section show up on the touchscreen on the back, while everything else (videos, navigation, phone, etc) remains up front on the "main" screen?

I know I've done a terrible job of pasting in this picture, but hopefully you'll be able to get what I'm trying to do here.
