Speed readout Flashing...How can I get it to stop?

So, on my front page of my skin, I embedded a speed readout (xx MPH) using the NAVSPEED function.

However, it blinks, as the speed changes. How do I get it to stop blinking, and just stay solid?

You probably have a transition enabled when the value changes. YOu shoudl disable all transistions on the label or set the transition to always visible.
