licensing question

I checked out the licensing process that pretty much limits you to install the purchased copy on 1 PC/laptop.

What if I change carputers or something happens to the one I have?

Does that mean that that license can't be used on a new carputer?

Please advice.

(hope I didn't miss anything inbetween the lines here).

There is a procedure for transferring that license.
