A new bug reporting system has been implemented with this new release.

You can also find it when you access the bug reporting forum, it's at the top of the forum listed as a sub-forum when you are inside the bug reporting forum.
With this new bug reporting forum, I have disabled new thread posting in the regular bug reporting forum. However, you are able to follow through with the old threads for updates, etc.
