Why is my SD all of the sudden crashing? Log Posted

It just started the other day. No changes have been made. It just all of the sudden started crashing.

I dont apply windows updates and not a single change has been made in my car.

Sorry to hear your having issue's, I don't know about others but I have had CONSTANT issue's with StreetDeck crashing.

The best work around I have found is running "ewf and horm" on both my OS and data hard drives. This way if StreetDeck crash's you just shutdown and restart and resume from your saved hibernate state using horm.

It has its drawbacks but prior to using ewf and horm, StreetDeck crashing would sometimes require a reinstall of StreetDeck or my OS.

This is my first time having a problem that a reinstall didnt fix. I am kinda disapointed in the support that I am getting. I posted the crash log and not a sole has tried to help me.

Mine has been doing the same recently. Mine is either related to the 1.1.1.6 or the OBD adapter i just installed (both were done on the same day).

mine has crashed on a daily basis since day 1. whats funny is that if you dont click OK on the crash message you can keep using SD. The microsoft visual C++ message comes up and if you just click around it then you can keep using SD. I think it has to do with NAV or virtual earth possibly. Or maybe the fact I am logging GPS... i love it even more when you start up SD and it just disappears before it inits all the way and you have to start it again.

i'd send log to chuck and call them.

any errors in event log? disk drive ok?

since the last thing it's logging is NAV stuff, I'd try to run with the no Nav switch for a bit to see if it still crashes.
