So... Fiberoptic, is this update going to come out today, or will we be waiting another "coming soon" or two?
Please pardon the sarcasm. I know things are probably rough on both the business and consumer ends at this point.

I installed CF120 and then the latest update.... very impressive and tbh has loads of bits you guys want.... if any thing it seems to have more ( mind you it always did ).... again I'm not a CF or SD user ( I use FreeICE from CDR ) but I did find CF easy to set up and ran nicely.
On down side ( and this goes for SD as well especially when you have used FI ) its still got that jpg skin feel to it rather than a proper gui and on a personal side I want to see a UK version ( David says this is on the way ) as I dont need all the EU maps & UK traffic ( easier said than done if you know it like I do ).....

Thats why I bought a video card just so I could turn off static background. Was like night and day!
(way past done commenting on CF)

Wait what? Newb question here, but you can have animation for a background on streetdeck? I saw your sig and it said SD with visualizations, but I wasn't sure what that meant.

Download the trial version on a desktop, go in settings, select Change application colors and backgrounds, then uncheck use static background. Found that it can be changed as my car is different than the desktop. Haven't looked to see how because I was working on the Imon Ultrabay.
(you will see why I say no other front end compares)

It's a visualization. A Milkdrop visualization, I believe.
If you don't have a static image as your background, it shows the visualization.
this came into being in an update, but I can't remember which one.
If you haven't already, you should update to the latest SD update.
