But it has been said over and over in this thread alone. Insanity is defined as: Doing the same action over and over and expecting a different result.

Nothing is going to get their attention.

Agreed, but professional would only work if it was sent to professionals. (Which we all assumed they were)

Just goes to show what happens when you assume. lol

Before I start, let's get a few things straight. I do not own a copy streetdeck. I have no affiliation with streetdeck. I am a moderator on the forums and I have volunteered to do this. I have my own opinions on the streetdeck support and development and I do not wish to get involved in the argument. My responses below are from the persepective of a moderator, so please don't be offended if you disagree with what I say.

now,

Your post has been moderated to control spam. This is done to all new users with less than 5 or so posts or threads / posts with questionable content. This feature of the forums was turned on quite some time ago. You only had 2 posts at the time, hence you post was moderated.

I have approved your thread, but I have also locked it. We already have 2 threads going (including this one) about the streetdeck announcement / support. I am not going to approve another thread on the same topic. I have already locked 2 threads with similar intent, but I have approved your post allowing you to put forward your thoughts. I have reported the thread to the moderators and admins so they are all aware of it, as I am sure that all the mods and admins are aware of this thread. I have asked the Admins to make a decision on what is done with you letter thread.

I am not employed by Mp3Car.com, read above. I am a super moderator. This gives me the ability to moderate on all but a couple of areas of this forum. I am unsure of where Chuck is, before you ask.

It was a good call. No need for another thread going on this.

It does and I greatly appreciate it. I have posted here quite a bit before but forgot the password for my other account and lost the email account I had linked to it when I left a previous employer. This one is hooked to my gmail. I just wanted to put that out there so that people understand how frustrated myself and others are at the complete lack of information and professionalism we are being treated to.

Thanks.

Because I honestly believe that is what mp3car/SD team wants us to do and that isn't right. I paid for SD and I want the features that I was assuming I was going to have in my SD. Give us the "coming soon" features we were told about 1-2 years ago and then go MIA and we will all be happy.

Gee, Red, thats was already cleared up. Try reading the rest of the thread, instead of cherry picking something.

As for the suggestions to try CF, well, thanks, I'm sure CF is great, but I would really appreciate it if people would stop trying to push CF in this thread. The original point of this thread was to point out that SD and MP3Car has failed on it's promises to the SD community, and we are getting quite frustrated about it.

So, please, shut the f up about CF.

Nope....CF still isn't there. Phone won't work right (blackberry). Guess I'm still waiting. Phones listed with SD. Talk about rock and a hard place. Their customer service is great but software won't work. Our customer service is non-existant, but the software is great. SD still beats it hands down.....and trust me, I wish I didn't have to make that claim.

Just another shyttie day in paradise.
