Streetdeck is pretty prevalent in the aptera forums.....

That's a good question that we don't know yet. There is some evidence that the Aptera uses active computer-controlled suspension (StreetDeck reports developing it for the Aptera, and there's a photo from inside the Aptera of a suspension control menu), although this hasn't been confirmed yet. Clearance looks to be 3-4 inches or so. How well the pods take impacts, who (outside of Aptera) knows at this point.
Tours and test drives will begin in 1-2 months, so you can ask (or find out for yourself!) then.

There's no stereo deck; that's all part of the Streetdeck system.
Again, we'll just have to wait and see what they do speaker-wise. For all we know, there might be options -- keep an eye out for myaptera.com to open up (ApteraBot should make a post about it when something changes on the site)

The Infill T3 car computer/monitor system powered by StreetDeck (assumedly this is the one Aptera is using) has the following inputs/outputs (ignoring ones that just go between the cpu box and the monitor):
* Power
* TV diversity antenna
* TV IN (connects to monitor)
* FRONT RIGHT (connects to monitor or amp)
* FRONT LEFT (connects to monitor or amp)
* REAR RIGHT (connects to monitor or amp)
* REAR LEFT (connects to monitor or amp)
* LINE IN RIGHT (connects to monitor or amp)
* LINE IN LEFT (connects to monitor or amp)
* BACK (Rear view camera video feed)
* VIDEO IN (auxiliary video source, such as a videogame console)
* AUX RIGHT (Right audio input to go with video in)
* AUX LEFT (Left audio input to go with video in)
* WOOFER
* CENTER
* GPS (for the GPS mouse)
* VGA (second monitor support)
* USBx2 (2 USB ports for bluetooth, external hard drive, etc, plus included USB extenders)
* Radio jack (Connects to radio antenna)
* Purple “RR+” and “RR-”: Connect to rear-right car speakers (from monitor).
* Green “RL+” and “RL-”: Connect to rear-left car speakers (from monitor).
* Grey “FR+” and “FR-”: Connect to front-right car speakers (from monitor).
* White “FL+” and “FL-”: Connect to front-left car speakers (from monitor).
* Red "Accessory" wire (lets the T3 know when the car is on so it can wake up)
* Black "Ground" wire
* Blue ANTENNA+ (Powered antenna control)
* Orange ILL (Illumination) (lets the monitor know when the headlights are on so it can automatically dim)
* AMP ON (lets the deck know if there's an external amp)
* White BACK (lets the system know when you're backing up so it can automatically switch to rearview)
* Green HAND BRAKE (Connects to the parking brake; allows Streetdeck to know when it's safe to use certain features. Not connecting this can be illegal in some states)
There's some duplication in there... for example, I'm not sure what all the different antenna cables are. But this should give you a general idea.
There are 18 active THREADS on the aptera forums discussing Streetdeck......Not a single one on Centrafuse.............
