I'd say because #3, the most important to a potential purchaser, isn't known to be true. I dont agree with you.... Look at CF, they must be making money to have moved to a better and bigger place, larger staff, and what not. I think whats happened to SD has mainly to do with the developement team. Maybe there was some type of disaggreament that killed the team, and those certain team members held onto important code that helped to design SD.....

I think it will be posted the day after never.  To qoute someone from an earlier post.
But then again, I have given up on following this  thread hoping for an announcement from SD-staff.

Streetdeck are fake guys now can we get our money back as we all need to be moving on to CENTRAFUSE and i will say it LOUD & PROUD they have regular updates and are willing to help.....
And while we are on the discusion of my refund can i please have my call bills refunded that should help he get afew extra litres of fuel....
Now my fellow forum members can we all lobby for a refund and forget these 2 cents guys and move on to better things... actually reason i bought it was because i liked the google maps everything else centrafuse has and works with out much fuss....

As we where promised/led to believe... Nah, but then again who in their right mind would sue SD/MP3Car for this? Not me. I have spent my share and then some on SD/MP3Car. I definatly do not wish to spend more on some attampt to get a refund.
But then again I purchased SD 14-15 months ago. For sure I would not get a refund.
That said I do NOT support SD in the way they have treated us lately.

You'll forgive me if my gullibility has lessened with regards to SD announcements. I won't believe anything until I actually see it. Not that I am particularly blaming you, but I don't currently believe anyone wrt SD.
As for refunds, I doubt anyone will ever get a refund, nor do I particularly think one would be justified. What I do know is that SD and mp3car will not get another dime from me, and when asked, I will steer people away from the SD/MP3Car conglomerate. Hopefully this will hurt their bottom line, and indirectly, hurt the pocketbooks of everyone associated with the SD debacle.
