What about my money back?
I bought SD because of its features like DVD playback, Bluetooth phone, and navigation.
DVD playback is buggy (B&W picture if subtitles are displayed, only one stream of audio works, ...)
I wouldn't even start with Bluetooth because i know i will get nowhere.
Navigation?
EU version covers Europe, right? Well... there are no roads built after at least 2000, even the national borders are not correct. If i want to see the town where i live (with population of 10 000) i have to have internet connection and Virtual Earth. This is only to see the town, not even roads are displayed like they should be (they are in google earth, yahoo maps, and everywhere else). And i don't live in the middle of nowhere... I live one hour driving away from our capital, one hour in the opposite direction to Venice, two hours to Vienna. I am sure you all have herd of these cities.
And why the hell is it called European edition if it doesn't even support European charsets (not only in street names, but even in mp3 ID3s)?
The main reason i PAYED for the software is because of PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. You all see how much support we are getting in last two months.
Oh yea... If you check FAQ you can clearly see that SD only works on XP OR VISTA - no other OS , but XP and Vista. So why doesn't it work in Vista????
I WANT MY PRODUCT AS PROMISED, OR MY MONEY BACK!
*Sorry for my bad English*

Yeah, this is the worst voiceover i have ever heard. Not profesionally done. Also, to speak to customer service...you cant speak to customer service, you have to send an email to store@mp3car.com.
So sick of this crap.

I suggest all of SD's paying customers to set a date where they ask the mp3car/SD team to come up with some fixes or news. If the date is not met everyone files with their attorney general as well as the BBB. I plan on doing this myself in the very near future so just an idea for everyone else. This is not a playground or a sandbox we are paying customers, dont use your fake NDA on us, even if there is a NDA your current customers can still receive some type of support for the product...period...

Non Disclosure Agreement, the SD/MP3car team are currently using that as the excuse as to why we are sitting here wondering what is going on.

I don't think that's true...Fiberoptic didn't state any specific reason for the lack of communication, only that as a small company, mp3car.com needs to protect its business interests.
Several people, including myself, hypothesized that an NDA might be responsible, but I'm 99.9% certain that it was never confirmed by mp3car.com

However. several of us have signed NDA's for various things, and thus are not allowed, legally, to talk about certain aspects of SD. My NDA has nothing whatsoever to do with what is currently happening (or more correctly, not happening) with SD, at least to the best of my knowledge, but it does prevent me from venting some of the things I would really like to tell the SD team (if there even is a team left)
For what it's worth, I don't know anything more than any of you, and I am really, really, really upset with the current state of things. Had I known then what this was going to be like, I most likely never would have purchased SD.
