Asus UMPC Display config -- Did they copy SD?

Looks a lot like the default skin for StreetDeck. Coincidence?

That doesn't look like SD....
Yhat looks like a touch-friendly control panel for the UMPC.

I guess it's just me then. I'm sure there are a tone of other touchscreen programs that have a dark blue background, Darkblue faded to light blue buttons with white text...

No I don't think that and it's not my point. Is this really worth debating over? I just thought it was an interesting coincidence. The point is that it is a new product and I haven't seen another product that "Looked" like streetdeck.
Do you have any examples of other software that has that design and color combo or is that just blanket comment?
