Learn English.
The fonts that StreetDeck uses aren't capable of displaying Chinese, Cyrillic or other characters.

Thank you DarquePervert. The English menus are okay to me. But if the name of MP3 files are in Chinese and I will see some garbage on the music menu. Sorry, my description in my last posting was not clear enough.
Anyway, thank you again.

It was perfectly clear.
The only solution for you is to retag your music files with English information, or at least information that uses the English alphabet.

OK, I think maybe it is the only solution that I can do. Thank you.

A very crude solution imo...

Since SD does use fonts, then why not just find the font it uses and replace it with one that supports all the characters?

I've tried that, doing english translit of cyrillic fonts... does work but I still hope for unicode support in future.

Easier said than done.
There are a limited number of characters that SD uses. Chinese (or other oriental symbol-based language) has mroe characters than could be used in SD.
Also, if you've ever looked at SD (which I'm going to assume you have not, since you're one of the SD naysayers), you'd know that the fonts aren't simple TrueType or Postscript font files.

I dont think your tone in the SD forum is positive and could drive off potential customers. Why don't you let Chuck respond if you don't have anything positive to say.

We are working on UNICODE support. It will possibly be finished sometime this year. I don't know the list of which languages we will support out of the box, but it will be possible to translate the resource files on your own.

If stating facts is a negative tone, then so be it.

Well I thought that font files could be any length. So you could have a font file that takes 5 characters, or one that takes 26,000. I guess the problem is that SD will only get the first 255 probably. You would need unicode support, and it is good they are working on it.
I haven't downloaded SD, but I have looked at many a screenshot, and I figured they were just pictures with text overlays. So you could make the text anything you want.
And no, I don't like SD.

The font files in StreetDeck are simply images that are divided up in a specific order (ASCII). There are a limited number of characters that are supported. This is done so that we can make very graphical and highly readable text with borders, drop shadows, and other effects simply not possible with standard windows fonts. The charcters are limited in the files simply because loading an image with 26,000 characters in it isn't efficient.
