Windows Media Player Codecs

I am having problems playing certain .mp3s in streetdeck. They don't play certain ones. I don't know what the difference between one mp3 and another one is but I can play the file in winamp fine, but I can't play it in windows media player. I downloaded and installed 3ivx and a few other things that people have download and says worked but it hasn't for me. Any ideas?

I've had the best bet with K-Lite as far as codec support. Onjce I install the full pack, everything under the sun plays: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...Codec_Pack.htm

Didn't work. Exact same thing. Is there a log I can look at to see why it doesn't play it? I think it's because the codecs don't work with windows media player 10. Dunno thats my assumption. Is there a ways to import codecs into WMP or a codec directory I can point it to?
