First of all...
You posted in the Newbie forum, which may very well appropriate. However, I don't think Chuck is going to look for anyone with StreetDeck-specific issues in the Newbie forum, so I moved it here. Please be aware of what subforum you're posting in. It's listed at the top of the page for your convenience.
I don't have this problem.
I can tell you that Chuck is going to want you to start StreetDeck using the -VERBOSE switch, then submitting your log to him so he can troubleshoot.
