How do I take a Screenshot after the trial period Ends?
I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to take a screen shot of SD. I can only run it on my home PC in Developer mode, since it is installed on my CarPC, and I don't really want to load a new skin on my carPC every time I want a screenshot.
So, in developer mode, it won't go into windowed mode, and Ctrl+PrtScrn doesn't seem to work.
Am I missing something here?
Dave

I normally use Alt+PrtScrn, captures just the current window. Works fine in RR, maybe in SD they don't allow screen captures?

Ctrl+PrtSc is the screen capture command. At least on all my computers. Maybe that's why it didn't work!

PrtScrn takes a shot of the entire screen. Ctrl+ PrtScrn does the same thing.
Alt+PrtScrn takes a shot of only the focused window.
After you're done, paste it into MSPaint, Photoshop, PaintShopPro or whatever image editor you prefer.

I know all that, and it is just not working. Maybe PrtScrn is disabled on my PC? How would I check that?

check your keybard... mine has a "F Lock" button that toggles between Print Screen and Insert functions.. my whole row of F1 to F12 does something other than that like Help, Undo, Redo, New, Open, Close and so on

That might be it. I'll have to wait until I get home to try it, though.
Thanks for the help!

Don't sweat it. I had to educate my wife about the same thing.
She now hates the keyboard that she purchased, thinking she'd love it to pieces.
