Current state of Dual Monitors

I was wondering what the current state of Dual Monitors is? Is it to the point where you can have touch screens on both? Will you be able to setup navigation routes on one monitor while the driver follows them on the other? Will you be able to have different music content running so the passenger could be on headsets while the front get it from the main speakers? I think you get the idea?

No replies so far so let me restate differently.

1) I see that SD can have two displays and two audio systems so the first part of my question has been answered. The second part is, can it take more than two? Unless it was a special version the one that was shown in the VM Passat had three.

2) Can the other displays have their own touch screen so the passenger can make their own selections?

3) If the passenger can have their own touch screen could they use the same screens as the driver? This would allow the passenger to do such things as navigation setup and such.

The VW system was a special setup that ran on muliple pcs communicating with each other.

The touchscreen only works on the front PC. Remote control is expected be used for passengers on multiple displays.

It would seem to me that with the higher powered processors there would be no reason that more than one copy of SD could run together. Each one taking care of it's own display but sharing the same database/media library.
