Mp3Car Customer Service?

**I've already posted this thread but it was deleted without notification or reason for deletion. I would appreciate some sort of explanation or contact from someone instead of just outright deletion - especially considering i am not violating ANY T.O.S. by posting this and i am a paying customer that can't get a response from anyone at the company. I have tried all appropriate channels and am looking for guidance here.**

Re: Help

Has anyone had any success getting through to customer service? I've sent a couple of emails several days ago, and even called them several times (get a wait and hold music for 10+ minutes, then it goes to voicemail) - i've left my information, invoice #, and cell phone/email info and have not received any return comments/information.

My first contact to them was two business days ago via email, with no response. is this a brick & mortar company with employees, or a guy running it in his spare time?

any help/info would be appreciated.

Try calling again. This was a holiday weekend so they might not have been around.

I only had to call them couple of time and one of the time I was on hold for 2-3 minutes where I just hung up and called later on and was taken care off promptly.
Also, mistake on their part was immediately recognized and again promptly corrected.
Busy time I guess ...

What's your order number? Have you checked your spam folder for missing emails?
