I'll look into figuring out why it isn't more accurate.

The RSS feed is only related to NEW THREADS, not new posts to threads.

Oh that is wonderful! It works perfect in Firefox, and updates within the second. Stupid bbRSS doesn't get past the first thread listed though =\. I dont think it parses the feed correctly. It works with the other one fine though =\. Oh well, if you get bored and want to send me external.php and rss.php I may compare them and see why one works and the other doesn't. I'm sure the "syntax" of the feed is different on the new one making bbRSS choke >.<

rss.php is my version that creates the rss. I'll have to play with bbrss to figure out what elements I need to have in the feed.

Just tried this with firefox and it works much better now. The feed matches the top post very nicely. Good work.

Nope.

If you could, take a screenshot of it for me so I can see what it should look like.

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...5&postcount=97

I've updated it a bit since then, but thats the gist of it I am playing with an RSS reader called novobot which isn't so bad, and it reads the feed just fine

ahh i forgot to say, that was with the old feed. the new feed has the mp3car forums and then the line below that. and after that nothing.

RSS Feeds

http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/exte...S&forumids=123

RSS for streetdeck...notice the forumids=123. This also gets you to the SD website...http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/streetdeck/

The links on the forum used to all use the above format, but now it seems they are using friendly names. Not sure how to find the forum ID out. Maybe they will make a sticky since many of us now get RSS on our phones.
