Specialized GPS forums?

Mods: could we break the GPS forum into more specialized forums?

Like, one for iGuidance, one for TomTom, S&T etc. One for mapmonkey, one for other third party software such as GPSgate etc. One for hardware. A newb FAQ section....

Moved to the Suggestion/Comment forum.

FYI - This has been suggested before, but denied.
Considering there's a newbie section and a FAQ section already that has information on all of what you're talking about, a newbie FAQ subforum for GPS probably isn't going to fly.
