Thanks for the fullscreen command - works great. Still need maps for New Zealand if anyone can help.

How I implemented it was:
1) right click on drive.exe and create shortcut
2) right click on the shortcut and select properties
3) in the target box at -rfull to the end

How run the shortcut everythime you want to use the app. PS the icons in the menu don't scale so looks odd when running super high res.

has anyone figured out a way to get it to run borderless (ie. no window borders)
I want to embed it into the Cave Live frontend but I can't get rid of the borders around the window.. the only way i've found it to set it full screen but then my frontend buttons sit over some of the Sygic window

I cannot believe this software Sygic Drive v7 has not gotten more attention in this forums. I downloaded a demo, and it is absolutely stunning! Perfect for CarPC!!! It is better than Tom Tom itself, unbelievable!

I don't think there are US maps available yet though, but I played with the UK maps, and it is just amazing!!

Demo here: http://www.allview.ro/gps/site/fisie...L/DRIVE_XP.zip
(Seems fully working)

You can change language to English if you go to options menu etc...

We need US MAPS!

Yes, you create a shortcut, and add these properties:
(taken from solocarputer.com forum)
r is the size, p is the position.

I tried this today. It's fantastic. I've also integrated speed cameras with voice alerting into it. They seem to work ok but I'll test them on the road tomorrow.

I tried this software and it looks promising but I have a problem connecting to my GPS port.

I tried to autodetect it but it fails with "GPS port not found" when I tried to define a port it fails with "opening failed, checkout your settings".

Anyone have had any luck with opening a connection to the GPS?

create a folder in the install dir like so

drivers\default

copy Device.dll and Driver.dll in there. Then try it.
