checked max error and that is set up to 0. What does it do? The rem statement doesn't make much sense to me.
BTW setting autoroute to 0 seemded to have fixed my re-routing problems.

@SilentAdmirer - Been using it to get me up and down the country, and so far good!!! Estimated time to arrival seems to change depending on my current speed rather than average though!
Bug... When calculating a long route (96 miles) it pops up Server Busy error, press retry and it continues
ALSO more on the motorway... It doesn't seem to think I am on the motorway AT ALL - it will re-route to the nearest road whatever. It is fine by a slip road or services though. It re-routes as if the motorway doesnt exist

I will take a look at it this weekend and do the bug fix ASAP

During, as if the program is expecting it to have finsihed calculating the route by now. PC is 800Mhz Epia 256MB Windows XP so not that rapid - dont get the error on my 2.8Ghz laptop! On the machine it takes about 10-15 seconds to calculate the route.

One thing that is annoying about the Text to Speach Commands is that it reads the abrieviations of directions wrong.
For instance when it say RD it actually says R D. But when it reads AVE it says it incorrectly becasue it thinks that it is a word not an abrieviations.
Maybe there should be some sort of translator that would send Road to the Text to speach engine instead of RD and Avenue instead of AVE so that when it is reading the directions back to you the system is a little more understandable.
Another thing i am having a hard time figuring out:
How do i resize the map window? I want to cut down the Height about 50 pixles so that it is useable in media car

@anitmatter : I am working on the abrieviation list could you send me a list of the words you encounter ?
About the height, in the skin.ini try SizeX = 800 and SizeY = 550

@zoffi I plan to work on the language package for commands and feedback. I have to find how to map voice commands dynamically to the app and for voice feed back I will need some help from you guys, will come up with a list for test version and later the voice fedback will be taken from the language.ini if it works as I have planned.

Great! If you have a new version - i will test it gladly
(up to now I have still none voice commands used - no microphone and the ambient noise are too loud - me are rather Buttons)
BTW: you need nevertheless always the correct voice-language-pack, because otherwise the discussion is dreadful ... SAM cannot speak German, or French - no, realy not!

@bertybassett : Regarding the Screen Size in Media Car. Are you using it as an embedded application in MediaCar ?
@ozoffi : It will be some time before the new version is released. Have to take care of some bugs which are important and a lot of things lined up. I guess the new version would not be out for at least 8-10 days .
