VOICES in German

Now, i have some Files made to VOICES-GPS-Only Version.
A new Skin (metal), larger Pointers AND, so far possible, the acoustic output and indicates into German.

As basis served me the current voices.exe version 0.0.0.2 beta .

wonderful. I am working on the translation too (for the voice feed back)
I will release the new version of VOICES (NAV app) soon.

then it should be more useful
