I'm parting out the Car PC that I had in my 350z.
As part of it, for sale here is a MJS Gadgets SC-C1-INT. This allows you to connect a Sirius SC-C1 tuner to your car PC via USB. I also have the tuner for sale if you're looking for a complete package.
