Daylight Readable Touch Screen Monitor
This is my personal MW-800 from my vehicle. I sent it in a couple months ago to be serviced by the Motorola Service Center. I live in Arizona and this winter it started having a known issue of the MW-800, in cold weather the MW-800’s wouldn’t start because the hard drive heater failed to work. It works fine now, and even works great when it’s cold out.
This unit has a daylight readable touch screen monitor. If you have ever tried to view a notebook in direct sunlight, you know it’s almost impossible to read the monitor.
The MW-800’s 1200 NIT monitor can be seen even when in direct sunlight. This 1200 NIT compared to the CF-29 with 500 NIT brightness.
No need for a separate video system, you just need a camera.
You can record video direct to the hard drive using the RCA input on the CPU.
This unit was around $5000.00 new, and the 1200 NIT monitor an additional $2300.00

2.2 GHz processor, with the 1200 NIT Daylight Readable Touch Screen Monitor
Hard Drive, it has either a 40GB HD, or two 20GB HD's, I'm not sure if it's one HD, or if it's partitioned.
It will also take an internal CF card for additional storage.
The CPU to monitor cable is about 4’ long. I have the CPU mounted under the passenger seat in my vehicle.
