Running bat file as shell problem

Hello!

Im using a XPpro. Im running myHTPC and WinLirc for my remote. I want to run winlirc and myHTPC but my script is poorly written. I need to make sure winlirc is runned first and myhtpc afterwards. If I dont the front end wont be in focus. And the remote is useles unless i alt tab. Something I wont be able to do when it goes out the (lab) enviroment.

Any suggestions on how to write the batch file, or any other solution greatly apreaciated.

The current bat looks something like:

PHP Code:
cd pathofwinlirc
winlirc
.exe
cd pathofmyhtpc
myhtpc
.exe

Cheers!
