Is there any way to create shortcuts for these two commands in XP?

I'd like to have a desktop shortcut for the Run dialog box (Windows +R) and one for 'msconfig.' I would assume there's an .exe in the Windows folder that I can shortcut to for the msconfig one, but I can't find it. And the Run dialog, I'm not sure where to start on that one. Thanks.

msconfig is in c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries.
the run box is part of explorer/taskmanager so a direct short cut to it isn't going to work I don't think. Should be possible to do a script tho to bring it up.

To create shortcut for run simply select it on start menu and drag it to desktop or quick launch (its that easy

)
