Am I doing this right?
1. Install xp and set it the way i like it
2. install minlogon
3. install ewf
4. disable ewf
5. create a hybernation state
6. copy horm.dat
7. enable HORM
8. enable ewf
Got it to work but i lost track of my steps?
I got it to work but i think i did things out of order somewhere and i can't remember

minlogon is not necessary if all you want is EWF/HORM, but the steps are as follows:
1. Install xp and set it the way i like it
2. install minlogon
3. install ewf (will be disabled by default)
4. create horm.dat
6. enable ewf
7. reboot
8. hibernate

Do i need to use the command ewfmgr "c: -activatehorm" at any point and time?
When i check with "ewfmgr c:" it shows "HORM DEACITAVTED"
Thanks for the speedy reply, and your guide about getting ewf working worked great even though i didn't see the part about the sys file going in "windows\drivers", i guess my glasses were dirty.

Funny thing happened today.
Got to work and was working outside of centrafuse (Centrafuse was closed).
Hit my power button (set to hibernate unit). And just left work and the unit resumed like i was still working on the unit.
Correct me if I am wrong but shouldn't the unit just set back to the "original" Hibernation state I made when i was finished setting up the unit? That was the point of ewf right?
I guess I messed up somewhere.

no, every time you re-hibernate it updates the HORM state. what you want to do is just shutdown after you've set your HORM state. then everytime you boot up it will resume from the same HORM state.

I have seemed to run in a problem like everyone else.
I've searched centrafuses forms for how to fix the whole playlist staying loaded when using HORM and EWF. Uh has anyone figured this out?
read up alittle about hard linking files but you can't do it over different drives.
tried relocating the application data and centrafuse didn't recognize the move.
Tried installing CF on another partion (data/media drive).
So if anyone would be willing to point me in the right direction that would be sweet.
